OWNER & OPERATOR
Ben Kalip, owner and operator of BK Property Works, started the company in 2017 with just a few paint brushes, one of his beloved Chevy trucks, and a plan to start a small one-man painting company. Over the years, Ben's passion for and knowledge of the contracting and home improvement field has grown rapidly through his many experiences working on various jobs and projects. Ben's compassion, honesty, grit, and commitment to his work is evident upon meeting him and can be clearly seen through the quality of work he provides to his customers. Ben treats every property as if it was his own with his attention to detail, hard work, and expertise. When Ben isn't working on a job, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding his Harleys.
